Information you send
When you submit the quote form, the website records your name, email, postcode, job details, contact preference, optional preferred date, any phone number you choose to provide and any photographs you upload. A phone number is required if you ask Connor to call you. This information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. We send a notification containing the enquiry details to the business email address and a receipt acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Enquiry photos are not included in the notification email.
Photographs
Photographs are stored privately alongside your enquiry and are not published on the website. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in images or descriptions.
Sharing and retention
Your enquiry is not displayed publicly. A specific retention period and a business privacy contact will be added once confirmed. If you have a question about your information, use the contact form to get in touch.
